Having advanced from entry-level sales to chief executive officer, Jeffrey leverages an operator's perspective to effectively translate scientific innovation across genomics, precision diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and liquid biopsy into commercial success. His expertise encompasses corporate and commercial strategy, reimbursement, market access, business transformation, and growth in the diagnostics and life sciences industries.

Based in San Diego, California, Jeffrey is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Deerborne Group, a specialized strategy and management consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the global genomics and precision diagnostics industry. Under his guidance, the firm provides strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies, boards of directors, venture capital firms, and private equity investors on commercialization strategy, reimbursement and market access, operational execution, and corporate growth initiatives.

Jeffrey received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and is a former U.S. Navy SEAL.
